What it is
The Abyss Trial floats in the Behind The Grave map. You enter with a Tear of the Abyss — a daily quest reward whose only use is as an offering, much like a Dungeon Pass. It admits 1–8 players, and only the party leader's tear is consumed.
How a run works
- Step label — A 10-minute timer starts on entry and on each new set of floors — reach the floor-9 boss or everyone is kicked out.
- Step label — Floors X1–X8 hold one wave of monsters around that floor's level; X9 is a boss; every 10th floor is a break room with a potion shop and elevator unlock.
- Step label — Each member gets 3 respawns; dying sends you to the previous rest floor (or floor 1 early on). The timer does not reset on death.
